Our founder, Hal Waldman, has been involved in executive leadership and senior care facilities since 1983. His journey began with the mission to improve resident's quality of life in senior care facilities. This led to his ownership and management in several skilled nursing centers, assisted living and personal care centers, and memory care units.
After formally founding Waldman Holdings in 1999 and expanding Hal's management team, his mission for caring for others propelled his interests into home care and hospice management. This has led Waldman Holdings into owning over 20 facilities.
Waldman Holdings is currently the 4th largest private senior care operators in Western Pennsylvania.

She holds a Biomedical Engineering degree from Duke University, a Master of Engineering Management degree from Dartmouth College, and an MS in Regulatory Affairs from Johns Hopkins University. Sh
